The confusing world of API's!

I would like my website to be interactive with Facebook...

I require the following coding

MAIN.

- Pulling data from the users news feed

¬ the data must have certain restraints for example status updates from pages is not wanted

¬ usernames are also not required due to the nature of the website

¬ the data must be containing specific words

SHARE. (gossip)

- Pull data from users friends list

SEND. (guess) & (gossip)

- form data should be able to be sent on to chosen friends from the friend list
